Dubelle Developments history stretches over four decades. The Company has an untarnished reputation as leaders in the City's residential construction scene since 1978. Just Recently, Qualité Habitation ACQ awarded Dubelle for performance and excellence as the best in the Montreal housing industry for 2007.

Dubelle has left its indelible mark on the Montreal Real Estate landscape with such award winning projects such as Terrasse Trafalgar which won the 1983 Canadian Housing Design Council's Award for Best Townhouse in Canada and prestigious Governor General's Award for Design in 1984. In addition, the principals of Dubelle have garnered an excellent track record over the years as builders of other innovative designs in Westmount, Cote St. Luc, St. Laurent, Lasalle, Lachine and Laval.

Dubelle Developments President Mr. Joe Levine has been a Qualité Habitation Finalist over six times in the past six years. These achievements are a testament to the hard work and dedication that is exerted into each project. For this, Dubelle has reached the most coveted level of membership, Émérite Platine. Dubelle is respected by professionals, suppliers, and sub-trades in the industry. Relationships are built on trust and fostered through teamwork and high-level communication. This is Dubelle Development's prime directive and it is why they have been a success story since the late 70's.
